Accounting Associate

Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Accounting Manager

• Assist in the company’s daily accounting functions

• Processing payments for invoices rendered

• Assisting in the Bi-weekly payroll verification

• Entering data into FIM’s accounting software

• Answering phones and directing to appropriate person

• Other duties as assigned by Manager

  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

• Organizational skills

• Background in accounting an asset

• Minimum High school diploma or GED

• Customer Service experience

• Overall positive character

• Professional mannerisms

• Team-oriented – able to work with various personalities
