Accounts Payable Clerk

FIM is seeking a full-time, entry level Accounts Payable Clerk in Seminole, Texas, to work in a fast-paced, established organization. The Accounts Payable Clerk will report directly to the Accounting Manager and assist in the company’s daily accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Entering data into FIM’s accounting software

  • Answering phones and directing to appropriate person

  • Other duties as assigned by Manager


Qualifications & Skills:

  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Organizational skills

  • Background in accounting an asset

  • Minimum High school diploma or GED

  • Customer Service experience

  • Overall positive character

  • Professional mannerisms

  • Team-oriented – able to work with various personalities
