Estimator/Inside Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• Estimator

  • Generate project estimates for customers

  • Coordinate project design

  • Coordinate with Sales Manager to execute project approvals

  • Hand off sold jobs to FIM's Production Team

• Inside Sales Associate

  • Initiate projects for walk-/call-in customers

  • Process cranes sales, crane repairs and upgrades, crane service and inspections, crane operator trainings, and more

  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to process sales and set up new customers

  • Promote business development with customers by recommending additional FIM services

  • Establish collaboration between customers and the sales team

  • Coordinate project design

  • Coordinate with the Sales Manager to execute project approvals

  • Establish clean hand-offs with the Production Team for production

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong attention to detail

• Commitment to accuracy and quality

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
