FIM is seeking a full-time, Field Service Diesel Mechanic in Seminole, Texas, to work in a fast-paced, established organization.
Responsibilities:
Travel to job sites
Provide preventative maintenance services for vehicles (gas and diesel) and heavy machinery.
Troubleshoot/diagnose/repair mechanical issues with vehicles (gas and diesel) and heavy machinery.
Facilitate after-hours service calls, when necessary
Assist in the shop when not on a call.
Required Skills/Experience:
Customer service experience
Strong communication skills
Effective problem-solver
Strong organization and time-management skills
Ability to adapt to conflicts/changes in schedules.
Highly productive with minimal supervision
Driver’s license (CDL preferable)
Field Service Diesel Mechanic experience a PLUS
