FIM is seeking a full-time, on-site Machinist in Seminole, Texas, to work in a fast-paced, established organization. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic who takes initiative, learns independently, and takes pride in producing quality work.
Job Description:
Read shop drawings
Measure and cut steel to specified lengths
Using metal lathe and milling machines to shape material to specific dimensions
Other duties as assigned by Foreman
Skills/Qualifications Needed:
Ability to read tape measure, and micrometer
Good communication skills
Great work ethic
Experience with lathe and milling machines
Other machine shop experience a PLUS
Must pass pre-employment and monthly random drug tests
18 years old or older
