Quality Control Department Associate

FIM is seeking a full-time, onsite Quality Control associate in Seminole, Texas, to work in a fast-paced, established organization. The successful candidate will report directly to the Quality Control Manager and assist in the company’s daily quality control functions.
Responsibilities:
Reading blueprints to ensure measurements are correct on product
Entering information into iAuditor for product inspection
Taking pictures of jobs and documenting them appropriately
Relaying inspection reports to the correct person and department
Other duties as assigned by Manager
Required Skills/Experience:
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Organizational skills
Background in welding and/or manufacturing
Strong communication skillS
Punctual and motivated to work
Knowledge of reading various measuring tools – i.e. – measuring tape, calipers, protractors, etc.
Willingness to learn skills to become more efficient and effective at ensuring quality standards are met
Team-oriented – able to work with various personalities
