FIM is seeking a full-time, on-site Shipping and Receiving Team member in Seminole, Texas, to work in a fast-paced, established organization. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic who takes initiative, learns independently, and takes pride in completing quality work.
Job Description:
Loading and unloading customers or vendors.
Preparing or staging orders.
Operating forklifts or telehandlers to accomplish daily tasks.
Assist in keeping the work area clean and organized
Other duties as assigned by Foreman.
Required Skills/Experience:
Organizational skills
Willingness to learn skills to become more efficient and effective at ensuring quality standards are met
Experience operating telehandlers and forklifts highly preferred
Good communication skills
Punctual and motivated to work
Team oriented—able to work with various personalities
Task oriented
Valid Driver’s license preferred
Must be 18 years old or older
Must pass pre-employment and monthly random drug tests
