Component Sales Representative
Job Description
FIM is seeking a full-time, onsite Component Sales Representative in Seminole, Texas, to work in a fast-paced, established organization.

Responsibilities include:
- Work with Sales Manager to ensure jobs/projects are on schedule
- Provide quality, reliable and professional customer service
- Manage orders from walk-in customers and outside sales team
- Communicate effectively with all involved internal departments
- Find solutions for any issues that arise quickly and in person, if necessary
Qualifications & Skills:
- Construction experience in Metal buildings
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Effective problem-solver
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Ability to adapt to conflicts/changes in schedules
- Highly productive with minimal supervision
- Computer skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new ERP software
- Ability to speak Low German and Spanish an asset
